Ok... so for those of you who have online scheduling, do you have trouble with clients booking services that aren't what they actually want once they show up? Like-- do they book for a full set of pink and white only to show up and want to add on half an hour of nail art too? Or what about the client who BOOKS a fill and then shows up with NO NAILS ON at all? At least when I'm talking to them on the phone I get a chance to do a little mini-consultation and I can usually tell if they're going to shuffle their feet and waste time. How does online self-scheduling affect that?
