Ohh I remember when I had my sinuses done and they packed them - I was 13 (friends smoking dad in the house caused mine, allergic). Anyway it does hurt but mainly the blood rushing down the back of the throat was more startling than anything - they didng tell me about that so I'm tellin you so your prepared! Didnt pass out- I think it's the big men that do. Hehe. :). Good luck!
