That is the most ludicrous.  If it happened to me I would tell the
owner:  Am leaving at end of rent period and NO you do not get
commission on MY WALKINS!  Owner should think this way.  If a client
is happy with your services there is a 70% chance she will make an
appointment with someone working in the SALON!  Once you leave your
clients will follow you and ditch the Salon
