Pat, do you have access to good facial products? I would put together a service using a good enzyme based cleanser, a scrub, then moisture serum and finish with a good moisture balm.
I carry SkinTherapy products and their polishing scrub had papaya and pineapple in it--smells gorgeous! Their moisture serum is thin, clear, odorless... And soaks right in and topped with the Body Coffee Java lip balm ... Nice finishing touch. I would make this a 30 min serv and charge $40 and make the lip balm a part of the package for them to take.
