My hubby is a mechanic and one of his brothers was a construction worker and 
they both have had this problem. Instructions: keep moisturized all day, lotion 
at every meal, one minute mani scrubs at night, then lotion and paraffin. And 
remember to start this routine before temps drop and cracks start.
