The hope is to get the pro forma out before the end of the week. We just received additional data from Merit that had to be incorporated into the document, adding to the costs side of the equation in a fairly significant way. The wireframe of the pro forma is not particularly complex and I have no doubt everyone will be able to digest it in short order.
