https://ipinfo.io/corrections has a "Send us your Geofeed" section where you can give them the URL for your geofeed and a contact email for it. We also have our geofeed mentioned in the comments section of each of our ARIN networks. You would think that would be the "low hanging fruit" for IP Geo providers, but I don't know if ipinfo utilizes geofeeds mentioned in RIR registrationes.
