If I tell you (via my Geofeed) my address space is being used in Sydney

I recently took a cruise. Paid for the 10G package. How exactly do you
list an IP that keeps moving from country to country? Do you have a
tag:satellite? Is there a blog about this corner case?
Thanks,
Hank
