Thank you Bill – obviously another excellent option… 

(He could even do both, since the RSP plan category is based on the largest of 
the two resource holding – so that 
when an IPv4 /24 is eventually issued, his overall customer category would 
still remain at 3X-Small, i.e. $250/year)
