Good catch, Jaroslaw.  I can confirm this to be file replication
confusion.

I just downloaded a fresh copy, specifying U of Minn. instead of
whatever random mirror is my default and it work just fine.

I agree with the recommendation on postpending *-rc*.zip to make sure
that the SF mirror mechanism maintains a minimum of confusion.  :)

Now I can test and see if the solution task does what I need it to do.
