You could use the mail logger and set up a fail build email address
list. Or, you could use the mail task.

Subject: [NAnt-users] Email notification on Nunit failures
Hi All,
I'm new to using the Nant system and was wondering if any one could
point me into the direction of automatically emailing people when nunit
tests fail using Nant. The current build process at the moment builds
the project and runs nunit tests. The next target I'm aiming for is to
e-mail individuals when particular nunit tests fail. Was wondering if
any one has managed to crack this or if there is any relevant site that
someone could direct me to.
