Sorry, no.  I know a lot of enterprise security people who are smarter and 
better informed than that.  The people to whom you're referring are those who 
aren't qualified for their jobs.  Admittedly there are a lot of people who fit 
that description, but we certainly shouldn't let them dictate future Internet 
architecture.
