Just for your information, the section names are always
lowercased. Paramters are not. They are stored as-is
and searched either case-sensitive or case-insensitive.

Even more, the sections are allowed to be in form
   ns\section\whatever
as the code will also swap backslashes...

I would say: this is a complete and ultimate CRAP.
This smells strong at some ill-concept borrowed from
you know what company...

I do really and deeply hate this junk. Really.
If I would be asked, I'd go to extent of junking all
this mess and making sections AND parameters case
sensitive and properly slash-separated.  This way we
could trash ns_sets and all the troubles we have with
them and we could use nsv instead.
But I can't make this decision by myself. If we don't
get all agree then it's better not to do it.
