FYI,

We are currently at the test stage with a WMS delivering the GEBCO bathymetry
gid. If it looks of interest contact Pauline Weatherall ([email protected])

Cheers, Roy.

Hi Stephen,

If we're interested in some of the same datasets I wonder if we could
share the burden of setting up some reliable base map servers (we
could even perhaps run them in Google's cloud for extra scalability)?
We'd be interested in Blue Marble, coastlines and perhaps other layers
too.

Maybe we could have a conversation about this sometime.

Cheers, Jon
