Does anyone have a feel for the requirement to meet NEBS 2000 metric frame dimensions (GR-63 section 3, which states that they may be used in place of the spatial requirements in section 2)?
Are any of the RBOCs asking for it yet (I couldn't find anything in rev. 10 of Bell Atlantic's requirements)?
