All competitors scheduled to attend the Clark Open at the U.S. Coast Guard Academy on March 23-24. Please be advised that due to damage sustained during Super Storm Sandy Jacob's Rock Sailing Center has been secured and will be closed to the public. There will be no space provided for visiting teams to change, store gear or have lunch so please plan accordingly. A valid driver's license for the vehicle operator and valid identification for the vehicle occupants is required for entry to the academy campus. Parking is restricted to the designated spaces along Eagle Drive. The two temporary structures in place along Eagle Drive adjacent to the causeway leading to Jacob's Rock contain the office for race administration and restrooms. The official notice board, RP and Protest forms will be located in this space.
