Hi Rita, "Support" in this context is usually commercial support. We can't, of course, support all historical versions of neo4j (there are quite a few now) so there's a window where we typically support the current version and a previous version.
Since you're using Neo4j community (I assume) the support you get is from channels like this mailing list which are best-effort, by the community, for the community. So in practice you might well get support for a long time. However it's unlikely that you'll find that the Neo4j developers releasing patches versions for historical versions, so beware. Also you're on 1.9.1, which is quite old. I'd recommend moving to 1.9.6 when it becomes available shortly.
