Got a schematic ? Am I hearing correctly, that your using the exact same circuit ? In the past it worked, but now its acting flaky. Same nixie tube type and everything ?
Did you read the pinout correctly last time, but get backwards this time ? Usually the number advance clockwise as viewed from the bottom (counterclockwise from the top -> ICs). I still do it wrong occasionally with ICs.
