Kevin, I get cases made by a friend who runs his own acrylic fabrication
shop. The parts aren't laser cut, they're CNC machined from acrylic,
oversized at the edges and then polished down to give a nice edge. The
trick is in the bonding process of the edges to eliminate bubbles and
provide a clean bond without significant wash (from the solvent glue) on
the inside edges. Find a local shop if possible, but for low order numbers,
the cost is all in the labour, so don't be surprised to pay 50 or 60 quid
for a case if not more...
