Hmmm. I am afraid it is really a coincidence. Also there is so much difference there will be no judge who should be convinced by you. They made the cases of a piece of bamboo (that's no wood but grass!) turned it in a lath. You used the principle of barrel making and used different kinds of wood and did cut of the bottom. They use a separate piece of bamboo for the stand. Sorry, no chance for a successful sue ;-)
