Dalibor, I had success with IN18's (thanks to Michael Barile for helpful advice) dipping the tubes in Pebeo Vitrea glass paint (make sure it's the transparent type, comes in a variety of colors...) then letting them dry upside down (occasionally removing the drops that form at the bottom as the paint flows and dries). They look pretty authentic once dry. I did try using some krylon glass paint spray but the finish wasn't great...
