Eevblog did a review of some of these Chinese eBay "massive" power banks.

Mostly they were rubbish and performed nowhere near to the claimed figures. 
Also, the longevity of the cheapies has been questioned.

Unless you're really price sensitive, I'd stick to a trusted brand like Anker. 
They're not that expensive.

The brick is an emergency supply. You really don't want it to fail when you 
need it the most.
