Hi Matt,

A majority of the problems I've fixed on Neoteks are due to the wiring/back plane/sockets/ribbon connectors that move voltage and signal on down the line. If re-seating a module fixes or changes the problem, that's a sure sign of this. You need to start investigating the signal and power supply flow as it moves throughout the board and fix whatever if causing this. I can't give you a more specific answer without knowing the exact wiring configuration of your desk. May be a big job, but you'll only have to do it once and the intermittents will stop. Good luck!
