Yes, it's an AMP CPC connector, but I don't have the exact part number handy. You can start here:http://onlinecatalog.digikey.com/ca/WebProject.asp?CodeId=7.2.0.31&BookCode=dca09flx&PageLabel=437# Me, I don't like that connector very much, especially if it is fitted with the stamped-tin pins. They are better with the machined-gold pins (and sockets), but it is getting very difficult to get those parts in small quantities. What I have been doing with those, when I can, is replace them with a mating pair of Neutrik NL-8 "Speak-on" connectors. It's a cheap and very reliable alternative if you don't mind doing both ends. I have a wiring standard for that, if you are interested.
