I may have one around the shop. Do you have a pin extractor? If not I could probably provide an empty shell. Will look tomorrow.

The connector is for a backup supply, so a quick change over is ideal. I have
gold pins to put in there. and yes those tin pins really blow.

If anybody has there old connector I would be chappy to purchase it.

Hi Bowen,
Yes, it's an AMP CPC connector, but I don't have the exact part
number handy. You can start
here:http://onlinecatalog.digikey.com/ca/WebProject.asp?CodeId=7.2.0.31&BookCode=dca09flx&PageLabel=437#
Me, I don't like that connector very much, especially if it is
fitted with the stamped-tin pins. They are better with the machined-gold
pins (and sockets), but it is getting very difficult to get those parts
in small quantities. What I have been doing with those, when I can, is
replace them with a mating pair of Neutrik NL-8 "Speak-on" connectors.
It's a cheap and very reliable alternative if you don't mind doing both
ends. I have a wiring standard for that, if you are interested.
Best,
Ike

Anybody out there know what the part number is for the connector from the psu
