Hey Mike, I am far from being an expert, but I can tell you that the board you have never had any other rear connections. What you have is pretty much stock....what came with it. The panel on the back might not be as convenient as an xlr, but it is pretty easy once you get a hang of it. You are going to have to get a "punch down" tool to insert the wires into their designated slots. I am pretty sure I have the same exact board as you, judging by the pictures. If you don't mind me asking, what did you pay for it? Have fun with it, Colby

The spare had the channel strips and electronics completely snipped and removed, so i get the idea how the XLRs would attach but because of all the patch work on the back of the good unit it makes me wonder whether or not this unit ever even had a regular mic plate... I don't know.
