Tom,
If you can, reduce the console to the bare minimum configuration and see
if the problem persists (disconnect everything except your main
monitors). OR if you recently added anything new and the problem started
after that, start with disconnecting that first. Then start to add
things one at a time. I do not think the internal console grounding is
the problem. Good luck.
