I'm planning on running the Nessus server from a laptop in our lab. I
would like to place it at various points in the network, all of which
are on different subnets and some of which do not have any DHCP
services.

I'm wondering if there is a better way to change network settings than
the way I am currently doing it. On Redhat 8.0 I have been using the
GUI network configuration tool, but it seems too time consuming.
Something really useful would be if I could have multiple network
setting profiles (IP address, subnet mask, gateway, DNS being the most
important elements) and just quickly click or select the profile I
currently needed. (Yeah, my linux skills are still lame.)

Thanks for the help!

Mark
