Okay, when you don't understand something it's dangerous pressing return, ESPECIALLY when running as root. If you skip one of the initial steps of the installation (as you did), then the whole process is invalidated. You need to read what each command does, understand it, and THEN do it. If that doesn't include directories where the nessus binaries reside, it's logical that bash cannot find them and execute them. TO overcome thst, you need to supply the full path to the binaries.
