Hope this helps:
1. Make sure you are connected to the nessus server when you make the
changes - this way you're sure to get the latest plugins, etc.
2. Under session properties ensure that the "use session specific plugins"
checkbox is marked.
3. It's been my experience that NessusWX won't change an existing nessusrc
file on the server, it looks like the nessusWX session file will be used in
place of the nessusrc file. Still if you run all of your scans with WX this
should not be a problem. I've set up about 6 different sessions in WX and
all run with the appropriate plugins and settings.
4. The file formats look similar - maybe you could export the session file,
copy it to your server and save it as a nessusrc file. Haven't tried it
myself but it would be worth a shot and "shouldn't" break anything.
5. Also, someone please correct me if I'm wrong - but settings in
nessusd.conf will take precedence over settings made by the client - so
don't get carried away with setting # of hosts, timing, etc without looking
there first..

Well,

Something strange assuming (and i don't doubt they were) that your previous
answers were correct.

I have set NessusWX to set and change my setup (nessusrc).

I do some changes.

But... (you were waiting:)) as i close and reload the plugins, non of my
changes as been saved.

I have tried the same via Xwindows... Same story.

Did i miss something (chmod may be ?)
