With Renaud's ACT_DEST change to the plugin, you still are covered. Since the non-safe 
plugins are *designed* to crash and break things on purpose to verify a hole, I can't 
imagine that (with your above agreements) you would have these enabled by default. 
Therefore, for you this is a non-issue.
 
For me, if I turn off safe checks I usually expect something to go horribly wrong. If 
the worst case of "horribly wrong" is that a virus gets partially removed by this 
plugin, then I'd feel lucky....
