reports

Hi,
I want to know if there are tools that can generate better/more
customizable scan reports. Or how can I do this if it is already
possible.
If I can not find a suitable tool I am planning to code one myself.
Infact I have already worked on this, and coded a simple one. Any
suggestions are wellcome.
