Take a look in the 'nessus/users' directory under Nessus'
local state dir, by default /usr/local/var. Each user
defined to nessusd will have a subdirectory under there.

As for changing passwords, there's no real simple way to do
this. The best approach is to first either rename the
particular user's directory under 'nessus/users' or remove
it if you don't want to preserve any KBs / session data; run
nessus-adduser; and then copying over KBs and session data
if you want that. [Of course, this assumes that you're using
password rather than certificate-based authentication.]
