Jan-Oliver makes an excellent point here, however I will point out that in
the minds of the layman, the term "commercial" is synonymous with "for pay".
So yeah, it implies professionalism, but mostly because professionalism
implies "for pay". You don't hear much about professional volunteers, for
example.
