You should be able to restore the session. It will run though the tests again witout actually launching the tests that has already been run.
In the client Nessus you can find the "Restore session" in the "Target selection" part.
I would sugest that you split your tests up a bit in the future, to avoid problems like this. Maybe split them up in Class C or B networks and then eg. run Nessus from commandline with specific configfiles for each segment.
