Hi,

Just getting started with NESSY on my CentOS 5 systems.

So far tried the rpm on my 64 and 32 bit systems and reporting initial wrinkles:

/usr/bin/nessy

is not set executable.

Now wrestling with python versions and numpy...I think CentOS 5's standard Python (2.4) might be a no-no as I get syntax error:

Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "/usr/share/nessy/nessy", line 27, in ?
    from dep_check import Dep_check
  File "/usr/share/nessy/dep_check.py", line 27
    class Dep_check():
                    ^
SyntaxError: invalid syntax

I have 2.6 installed in /usr/local/ so hopefully I can get around it all. It may be that for RHEL/CentOS 5 users you should warn them off the rpm.
