I am new to using Nessy and would be grateful for any suggestions to
prevent Nessy crashing during the Monte Carlo Simulations with errors
such as the following:

I am having this problem with both version 11.10.1 and version 12. I am
running Nessy on Windows XP SP3. The Monte Carlo simulation seems to run
fine for most residues but ocassionally becomes 'stuck' on a particular
residue for some time (hours) before returning errors as described above.
