I think one of the reasons is memory error.
Try to run on a pc with Windows 7 and have enough memory both RAM and
harddrive.
As i said earlier, ver12 is okay but i find the immediate lower versions to be
more stable. Other than the error on cluster analysis, and the shifting of the
column in results showing frequencies shifted one column to the right, NESSY
will give you some good reliable results after a successful run

I am having this problem with both version 11.10.1 and version 12. I am running
Nessy on Windows XP SP3. The Monte Carlo simulation seems to run fine for most
residues but ocassionally becomes 'stuck' on a particular residue for some time
(hours) before returning errors as described above.
