Hi Arun,

Please sign up for the mailing list at
https://mail.gna.org/listinfo/nessy-users/ - this will allow your
messages to be automatically accepted on the public mailing list. As
I mentioned with a relax email (http://www.nmr-relax.com), as you are
simultaneously trying out both softwares, it is very easy to remove
yourself from the list later. If you are not signed up to the list,
the messages have to wait for approval by the mailing list moderator.
As I am the only one currently looking after the NESSY project, the
messages waiting for approval all go to my spam folder, I have to look
after the relax project (https://mail.gna.org/listinfo/relax-users/)
which is my main project, and I am quite busy with other projects,
this takes time. Hence you will have to wait.

As for your questions, could you explain what you mean by "when I try
to download the project files on my computer as template files"? I
cannot understand what this means. Firstly there is no such thing as
a template for NESSY (or relax for that matter). Secondly, I have no
idea what you are downloading or from where.

For the limit of 30, that is 30 per experiment. This cannot be
changed. You can however add a new experiment using the 'Data->Add
Experiment'. Is this sufficient? Or are the 150 HSQCs for the one
experiment? If this limit is a show-stopper, you could consider
looking at the NESSY source code and extending the number of columns.
This will also require changes to the code that accesses this data.
It has something to do with changing the value of the
self.main.SETTINGS[2] variable. You will also have to expand the
experiment 'Setup' window - this will be harder to do. Alternatively
you could try to use relax to analyse this as there are no such limits
in relax.

Oh, if you are using NESSY, you really should use the source code
version as I have fixed a number of rather important bugs. You need
the subversion software and then just type:

$ svn co http://svn.gna.org/svn/nessy/nessy

Note that the '$' sign is the prompt symbol and you must not type
that! If you use the C-shell, it will be the '%' symbol. If you use
MS Windows, it will be the '>' symbol. Note that there are two still
open bugs that you should be aware of. See
https://gna.org/bugs/?group=nessy.

Regards,

Edward
