Hello!Some code in TwoStacksPlainDatagramSocketImpl.c is only relevant for earlier versions of Windows, which are no longer supported as of JDK 11.
This code can be safely removed.
Also removing an unused argument at DualStackPlainDatagramSocketImpl.socketCreate().
