Of course Thomas Jefferson's handwritten draft of the Declaration of

Jefferson, but also because of what it reveals about how one of the
founding documents of America was written and rewritten and finally agreed upon
by dozens of men in the midst of a political crisis."

There is another NetFirst Hot Topic regarding the Arab-Israeli conflict here:
http://www.oclc.org/oclc/new/hottopics/010102.htm

That Hot Topic was prepared in 2001, but the information should still be relevant.
The links on that Hot Topic were checked on April 2, 2002 and all the links
still work, with the exception of the link to the Palestinian National
Authority. However, that link had still worked until recently, and it
probably is "down" due to events in the region.

The records below are not contained in the Hot Topic from 2001. These
include records for sites that provide the full text of treaties,
resolutions, and other documents relating to the conflict; lesson plans; and
sources of additional links, news, and commentary.

NetFirst has a good deal of additional information relating to the conflict
in the Middle East. For example, a search today of the subject phrase
"Arab-Israeli conflict" will retrieve 261 records.

For more information on the NetFirst database, available through OCLC's
First Search service, check here:
