Ack... why the switch from rc1 to fc1??? There is no reason to change that IMHO. That being said, everything else looked ok tag wise. Now, patches-branch creation wise I agree with Dave. Traditionally, we've made the switch to a branch when: 1) we stopped doing panic bugging because we blew a main release. 2) when someone needed to start committing serious changes again. 5.0 patches that happened a long time later. 5.1 patches happened relatively quickly because Robert and I had major changes to do. I say we stick with that model and decide on a case by case basis as needed. Doing otherwise is invoking unnecessary rigid policy when it hasn't been needed yet.
