Apparently I intended to implement a more generic token to configure the
maximum number of traps to keep (0=disable) instead of the current hard-coded
max of 1,000, but I never got around to finishing it.

The old token has been restored, plus a new-style doNotRetainTrapLogs has been
added tied to the same default store value.

Also note that these now also apply to snmpd, not just snmptrapd.
