Hi,
I've seen two function in table iterator API: one is
netsnmp_extract_iterator_context, another is
netsnmp_insert_iterator_context.
>From code in nsVacmAccessTable.c and nsLogging.c: I see first insert
data_context into cache handler in SET and then extract it in GET.
>From code in netSnmpHostsTable.c: I only see extract data_context in GET, no
insert.
>From the code generated with mfd.conf for SYSLOG-MSG-MIB: I only see extract
table entry in GET, no insert.
So, could somebody tell me what exactly netsnmp_extract_iterator_context
returns? if no netsnmp_insert_iterator_context is used, how can I get the
right return entries? Is there something inserted into data_list implicitly?
Thanks,
-Z
