Hello,
I'm having a strange problem. We have net-snmp 5.0.9 installed on an NFS share which all of our Solaris 8 and Solaris 9 servers mount. All of our Solaris 8&9 servers run net-snmpd from this location.
Recently, snmpd began dumping core at 7:30 each morning. This occurs on ONLY the Solaris 9 boxes and it happens on all of the Solaris 9 boxes at the same time (7:30 am).
There are no cron/at jobs running at that time. In fact on some of the core-dumping servers there are not crontabs or at jobs whatsoever.
I'm stumped. Any suggestions for solving this odd problem?
Thanks in advance,
