I've just checked the list admin interface, and (unsurprisingly)
this doesn't seem to be an option. Any subject prefix is either
on or off - it can't be adjusted on a per-user basis.
I must admit that I'm reluctant to start adding such a prefix.
There are plenty of other headers that can be used to filter on,
and I'd tend to agree with those who regard this as unnecessary clutter.
(Particularly since the obvious choices are relatively long!)
