Hi, I downloaded net-snmp source package from the net-snmp site

8. Installed net-snmp-5.1.2-1.rh9.i386.rpm in another machine rpm -ivh net-snmp-5.1.2-1.rh9.i386.rpm
after successful installation. It did not create net-snmp folder in
/usr/include folder

My first step would be to check the rpm spec file. Are you sure that /usr/include is where the spec file installs the headers? Have you looked in /usr/local/include?
