Hi - I've recently updated the net-snmp port on a couple of my FreeBSD boxes to port version 5.2, revision 1, from 2004/12/09, and snmpd seems to accumulate memory until it finally runs out of space and collapses.
My snmpd.conf is very simple (only a couple of "rocommunity" definitions, and snmpd is answering queries just fine. But it keeps growing. If I "truss" the running snmpd, it doesn't show anything "obviously" suspicious, but you wouldn't usually expect to see anything there. Is anyone else seeing this? On FreeBSD or elsewhere? Thanks!
