test.net-snmp.org test site

Seems to be not responding. I had been successfully doing gets from it usng the    snmpget -c demopublic -v 2c test.net-snmp.org system.sysUpTime.0   command, but am now not getting a "Timeout: No repsonse from test.net-snmp.org." messge. Can ping test.net-snmp.org, so I can reach it.   thanks, and regards
