Maybe my brain is just swiss-cheesed (very likely), but I *thought* at the time
I downloaded it (March?April?) that it was the most current one. We had to get
it installed on both Linux and Solaris, and the person creating the Solaris
packages didn't want to deal with new versions "all the time". So we stuck with
5.2rc2 as it wasn't that old (at least I thought). I no longer see it on
Sourceforge. All I see is 5.2.1, with a date of Jan, 2005. Is my brain really
that far gone?

Here is the ifconfig output. Interestingly enough on the Solaris machines, even
lo0 is showing as down.
